SHIPPING RULES:
We ship in US and most countries around the world. Same day shipping on orders received on a business day before 15:00 US Mountain Time (22:00 GMT).
Order is shipped once payment is approved and billing/shipping address is matched by your credit card company.
If an item is out of stock, we will not charge your card until we are ready to ship, and notify you about the status.
Orders are shipped via FedEx to a physical street address only (FedEx doesn't deliver to a Post Office box) with an e-mail tracking notification service by the carrier.
We only make exceptions to the Active Duty Military Personal at APO/FPO Military destinations and will ship via USPS (takes 10 to 30 days), but no tracking is available.
FedEx, like many other shippers, consider watches and watchbands objects of jewelry and will only insure Ground shipments up to $150, thus making
this shipping method not allowed by our shopping cart and you are offered discounted alternative shipping method.
We have a special agreement with FedEx under which, they will insure ALL WATCH shipments for up to $50,000, but only if its going via Next or Second Day Air Service.
To protect all parties involved we have subsidized the shipping rates for you:
Watches and small clocks:
Ground Shipping (3-5 Days US only) - $10.00
Two Days Air Shipping (US only) - $20.00; FREE* for watch orders over $200.00
Next Day Air Shipping (US only) - $30.00; $20.00 for items over $200.00 and FREE* for orders over $1000.00
International Air Shipping (2-5 days) - $50.00 and FREE* for orders over $1500.00
Watchbands:
Ground Shipping (3-5 Days US only) - $7.95; FREE* for watchband ordes over $200.00<
Two Days Air Shipping (US only) (US only) - $18.00; FREE* for watchband ordes over $500.00
Next Day Air Shipping (US only) (US only) - $25.00; FREE* for orders over $1000.00
International Air Shipping (2-5 days) - $40.00

Please note, that the only service and delivery time guaranteed by FedEx is - 1 or 2 Business Days Air Shipping, especially during the holiday season.
TAXES and DUTY FEES:
Colorado residents pay 4.1% state sales tax. Denver residents - 3.62% city sales tax.
We do NOT collect taxes for any other cities, states or countries.
International customers may have to pay an import duty fee imposed by your country's customs office,
as you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country
in which you are receiving the goods. Customs forms for all international packages list the value and the product type.
You may hire your own broker or FedEx will assist in this process. In case you accept the package and do not pay, we will have to charge your card for all the fees imposed by FedEx.
WARRANTY:
All merchandise sold as NEW is guaranteed to be genuine advertised brand product and in a brand new condition. Since we are a Factory Authorized agent for ALL of the brands we sell - you receive a FULL FACTORY warranty (from 1 to 5 years) from the day of purchase. All warranty information and conditions are included in a factory service booklet. If a problem ever occurs with an item during the warranty period - send it directly to the factory service center specified in the warranty booklet.
Brands that we are an Authorized Service Center for (Muhle Glashutte, Nivrel, Atlantic, Tutima, and etc.) you may send the merchandise directly to the factory or to our service facility.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE:
Within 24 hours of processing your order, a Notice of Delivery with a tracking number will be emailed to you by FedEx.
You can continue tracking your shipment at the FedEx website using the provided
tracking number. If you did not receive an email confirmation with the tracking number from FedEx, please visit our
"Order Status" page to get the number and status of your order.
YOUR PRIVACY:
We will NOT share or sell any information about our customers, unless demanded by Federal government under the Patriot Act!.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
Special Order Merchandise - items that are not stocked by us or quantities larger than 3 of any one item , but available from the distributor and
we would be happy to bring it in at customer's written/verbal request or by placing a web order for item marked "special order".
We will notify, within 24 hours, on how long it would be before item will ship.
Special Order Merchandise has a 15 day return privilege with a 25% re-stocking fee.
IN CASE OF A RETURN:
WatchConcepts.com tries to satisfy every client. However; if for some reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we extend a fifteen (15) day return privilege on all regularly stocked merchandise.
Items from Clearance section or Layaway are NOT subject to return for a refund, but will receive an in-store credit only!
For Christmas shopping this privilege is extended to 15 days after December 25th, starting with purchase date of December 1.
Please follow these simple guidelines to speed up the transaction:
Before returning an item, please email us first at Returns for a Return Authorization number or call 303-691-9658.
WE WILL REFUSE DELIVERY OF ANY PACKAGES WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA#_____) NUMBER WRITTEN CLEARLY ON A BOX!
Item must be shipped out to us within the 15 day period of the order date!
The items to be returned must be in absolutely brand new, unused, and unworn condition. All original packaging materials and boxes, unused warranty cards, and all instruction booklets must also be returned. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. Please do NOT ATTEMPT to return a new item with ANY indication that it has been used or worn - it will be returned back or treated as a used item and a severe penalty (determined by us) will apply.
It takes approximately 3-5 days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession.
If the product you are returning included a special gift offer - all items must be returned.
ALL SHIPPING and INSURANCE CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
We will refund the full purchase price of the item less shipping and handling costs. For International customers, US Customs Office may
assess an import duty fee that will not be refunded. To avoid this fee YOU MUST contact your country's Customs Office or shipper and fill out
all of the proper documents prior to returning an item to us.
If a FREE* or discounted shipping was applied, a minimum of a $25.00 shipping fee plus any additional insurance and handling will be deducted
from refund for original watch shipping, $15.00 for watchbands, and $30.00 for an over-sized (determined by carrier) wall clock shipping.
If a FREE* metal watchband sizing was chosen, there will be a $10.00 fee deducted for this service.
