WARRANTY INFORMATION

Thank you for shopping with Rockwell! Your new watch is warrantied with us for a period of two years from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Rockwell warranty covers movement, and return shipping is included in the cost of watch repair.

Rockwell Time will repair your watch movement free of charge providing; the purchase of your watch was done within the previous two years, and your purchase was done through an authorized Rockwell dealer. Rockwell time will repair any damage to your watch or a combination of repairs to your watch for a flat fee determined by the retail value of your watch.

Properly pack your watch to protect against possible damage in transit. Do not send the watch in the original packaging, it will not be returned.

If the problem you`re having with your watch is not covered by our warranty, or if your warranty has expired, the service and repair charges are as follows:

• PRICE OF WATCH Up to $200.00 - CHARGE $35.00
• PRICE OF WATCH $201.00 - $500.00 - CHARGE $55.00
• PRICE OF WATCH $501.00 - $700.00 - CHARGE $85.00
• PRICE OF WATCH $701.00 plus - CHARGE $105.00
• BATTERY REPLACEMENT: $20.00
