The material and workmanship of your Tutima watch is covered by a 1 year International Guarantee on all models; watches sold by Tutima USA,Inc, official US distributor, through its Authorized Dealers carry 2 years limited warranty.
Faults and damage resulting from improper use are not covered by this warranty. Batteries are guaranteed to last for at least one year. This guarantee does not affect special statutory rights of a consumer. This guarantee is valid with a dated proof of purchase from an Authorized Dealer.
In case of claim under warranty contact your Authorized Dealer that sold the watch or Tutima USA at toll free 1-TUTIMAUSA1.
Since our service department is approved as an Authorized Service Facility by Tutima USA, Inc., all watches sold by Right Time International Watch Center (or our website WatchConcepts.com) can be sent for service (in/out warranty) directly to:
