Accutron Watch Warranty:
Limited 5-year warranty:
Your new Accutron timepiece is warranted only to the original owner for 5 years from date of purchase from an Authorized dealer, under the following conditions:
Registration:
within 60 days of purchase. If warranty Reply Form is not completed and returned, your new Accutron timepiece will only be warranted to the original owner for two (2) years from date of purchase in accordance with all other terms and conditions of the Accutron Warranty.
Coverage:
Bulova will repair, free of charge, any parts of the watch that have failed due to original defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, or, at its option, will replace the watch with a comparable watch. This warranty does not cover:
1. Damage to, alteration, misuse or abuse of, the watch. 2. Deterioration and scratches to the watch finish (case, bracelet or crystal) due to wear and tear. 3. The battery and leather strap. 4. Water damage if the model is not marked water-resistant and moisture or water damage to watches, which are improperly resealed after opening of the case. 5. Improperly or incorrectly performed Service and Maintenance, repairs or servicing voids the warranty. All battery replacements, service and maintenance, or any repairs or servicing, which requires opening of the case, must be performed by a properly qualified technician, preferably by an Authorized Accutron Dealer, or by the Bulova Corporation.
Packaging and Mailing Instructions:
Send watch in a durable box with wrapping to protect against shock, but do not ship original gift box, with postage prepaid and insured to full replacement value to:
