CHASE-DURER timepiece has been manufactured under strictly controlled quality assurance conditions, and is warranted only to the original owner only by CHASE-DURER Ltd. for a period of two years from the date of purchase against defects in manufacture. Trauma, abuse, neglect, etc. are not covered.

If a manufacturing defect develops during the first 2 years of the warranty period, CHASE_DURER will repair or replace the watch, at its option, provided proof and date of purchase is supplied and ONLY if the timepiece is returned together with a shipping & handling payment in the amount of US $15.00 for U.S. residents or US $40.00 for non-U.S. residents.

THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY IF WATCH IS PURCHASED FROM AN AUTHORIZED CHASE-DURER DEALER.
